**Job Title **Inside Sales Support

**Reports To** Inside Sales Manager
**Location** South Ockendon, Essex, UK
**Region of Work **Sales & Operations
**Purpose of Job Role**
Administrative support to the Sales and Operations teams, liaising with both departments and communicating purchase orders, logistics and any internal / external problems. Acting as a support interface for customer communication and inquiry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Validate and update all communications upon receipt of PO, keeping Sales, Operations & Customers fully informed
- Deal with customer communication and inquiry
- Keep track of all equipment sales and ensure the quoted lead-times are met
- Be on hand to deal with any issues / queries with open sales orders such as: failures, shortages technical issues etc
- Facilitate shipments & transport quotes directly with operations & customers
- Provide feedback to account mangers on quotes received
- Generating Purchase Orders and liaise with Operations team on delivery and full logistics
- Coordinate with Warehouse logistics on upcoming orders / shipments and participate in Operations meetings on behalf of Sales and prioritize the orders accordingly
- Stockpile and organize financial and non-financial data electronically
- Ad-hoc Office / Operational duties as required
**Competencies**:

- Product knowledge in Telecommunications.
