**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

**Salary**: £24,000

Within VIVO we are currently recruiting for an Administrator who will ensure high-quality data production whilst providing advice and support to the team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious administrator to play a pivotal role to assist the operations team in the delivery of reactive, planned, and void maintenance. Ensuring all administration procurement activities and contracts are delivered professionally to time

Within this role you will;
Proactively support and co-ordinate the delivery of all workflow to a dedicated area, co-ordinating on-site activity and working with the area team
Manage purchase orders and statement of needs
Collate health and safety issues, allocating assurance roles
Promote customer service excellence to ensure a positive and caring customer experience
Work in collaboration with the team, our service partners and our client
Maintain all system information and data.

What you’ll need to do this role
You will use your previous experience within in busy, fast paced administration positions to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines.

This role will include data processing and management to monitor business performance and compliance so you will be proficient in MS Excel, Maximo or other bespoke IT systems.

It is desirable that you hold NVQ level 2 qualification in Administration, a related discipline or equivalent experience.

It is desirable that you have experience of operating within either an MOD or Construction/Property Maintenance environment.

You must be able to pass SC Clearance to be considered for this role.
