Estate Agent

We’re looking for a highly motivated **Estate Agent **to join our dynamic residential sales team in **Benfleet.**

**Your role as an Aspire Estate Agent**

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations with a view to taking these properties on the market and obtaining new business. The job is highly rewarded through its straight forward commission structure. **The expected OTE for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per year.**

**Skills and experience required to be a successful Estate Agent for Aspire Estate Agents**
- Preferably an experienced sales person
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A **Full UK driving licence** and access to your own vehicle

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
