Starting salary is £13.52 rising to £14.04 upon successful completion of probationary period and training.

First 40 hours worked will be paid at £13.52. Anything after 40 hours is paid at £20.28 per hour and Sundays and bank holiday are paid at £27.04. This job has the earning potential of approx. £55,000 per annum.

We are a national provider of a wide range of industrial services activities to businesses such as tank cleaning, sewer cleaning, labour provision to industry, power station cleaning during shutdown periods, hazardous waste removal, treatment, and disposal.

**The Role**

As Industrial Services Driver Operative you will be working as part of a team carrying out various industrial cleaning tasks. This is a full time, permanent role as part of our Industrial Services team based in Rugby, Midlands carrying out projects for clients across the country, with some stay away from home expected, some flexibility is required around shifts to support clients with their 24/7 operations.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the team, driving and operating one of our HGV Vacuum vehicles. This is a physical role, involving driving, manual handling, etc. We are looking a team player who likes a challenge, is hard-working and not afraid of physical. No two days are ever the same

Due to the hazards of working in such environments we have a strict safety policy, and you must be the sort of person who will contribute to our safety culture. You will be working on customer sites, and you need to be a good ambassador for the company ensuring the customer experience is a positive one.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newport: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Do you hold any valid tickets such as; CCNSG/CSCS, Confined Space Level 2/3, Water jetting?
- Do you hold a valid class 2 HGV license? This will be required to drive our Disab vehicles.
