Brooks Estate Agents are a long established local Estate Agent in Streatham and we are looking for someone that can assist with viewings on Saturdays. The successful applicant must be able to drive and will need to be well presented and confident both face to face and over the telephone. The role will be on Saturdays between the hours of 9.30am to 4pm. Majority of the work will be showing prospective buyers and tenants around properties, plus some telephone work in the office. We need someone that can be available to work all or most Saturdays.

As you will be required to attend external appointments, a full driving licence is essential. If you are using one of our company cars the pay will be £70 per day and if you are using your own car (must be presentable) the pay will be £80 per day to cover fuel.

The role will suit someone local with a reasonable knowledge of Streatham and the surrounding areas. Experience within the industry would be extremely beneficial but not essential.

We are looking for an applicant who can commence working asap.

Part-time hours: 6.5 per week

**Salary**: £70.00-£80.00 per day
