We are looking for a Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioners, you will be employed through our Children and Families Devon Directorate, CAMHS service but based within, and a key member of the Torbay Youth Justice team. You will also link with and have support from the small team of wider Devon Youth Justice CAMHS practitioners.

You will use your skills and experience as a mental health practitioner to deliver high quality care, develop and sustain relationships across agencies and work as a core member of the Youth Justice multi-agency and disciplinary team. Using both evidence-based practice and routine outcome measures, you will use a strength-based approach to work collaboratively, in line with CYP-IAPT key principles.

You will be responsible for providing therapeutic intervention that is strengths-focused, evidence-based and tailored to meet the needs of the child/young person and their family/carer.
