Team Leader

Reporting to a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training and coaching a team of approximately 20 in all aspects of the work area, ensuring standards are achieved. Validating that the correct products and packaging are being used along with planning and organising the workflow. You will ensure that throughputs are met, quality standards achieved or exceeded and that waste levels are minimised and everything is recorded on the quality standard system.

You will need to have excellent communication skills be reliable, hardworking and a great team player. Ideally running a flow wrapping machine, bakery experience would be ideal but not essential. It is a fast-paced and varied working environment. You should have great attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver a first-class product to our customers - and of course, good numeracy, spoken and written English and IT skills. You will need to be flexible to working additional shifts.

This role involves working a 4 on/4 off 12 hour shift pattern consisting of 4 day shifts followed by 4 days off.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.95 per hour
