The client in being able to provide quality multi modal transport services to their clients across the UK and ensure that throughout their growth they are consistently investing in their employees to ensure the best possible results all round.

**Late Shift Transport PlannerPosition Overview**
- Having control over the planning of Drivers on shift in a team of 3.
- Controlling the performance of the loading & unloading of the trunk and delivery vehicles.
- Investigating operational failures and implementing continuous improvement.
- Managing health and safety on the shift and movement of hazardous products.
- Reporting on performance and providing shift handovers to the Night Operations Manager

**Late Shift Transport Planner Position Requirements**
- Experience in a warehouse or transport role within a fast-paced environment
- Progressive continuous improvement mind-set with the ability to solve problems
- Strong management skills with the experience to build and motivate your shift team.
- Experience from a pallet network background

**Late Shift Transport PlannerPosition Remuneration**
- Salary - £30.3k
- Monday to Friday
- 5pm - 3am
- Full uniform and PPE provided
