Our well established business is growing and we are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our team

**Location** - Cannock Office
**Hours**:

- Full time, Monday to Friday, 8.45 - 5.30pm and every other Saturday 9 - 4pm

**Role Summary**
- Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
- Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
- Following office procedures & policies
- Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
- Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
- Window cards and branch material to be managed and rotated weekly
- Order EPC’s / required compliance
- General touting for organic business growth
- Registering Applicants and book in viewings
- Conducting viewings in a professional manner
- All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted, consisting of confirmation calls and feedback
- Proactively ring thorough our database for business generation
- Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material

**Person Specification**

We're looking for someone that is a good fit for us, but we also want to be a good fit for you To join team JS, you'll need to be;
- Has previous sales experience
- Has previous valuing experience
- Wants to join a successful and growing business
- Looking for a challenging role that moves at a fast pace: no two days will ever be the same
- Has a natural selling ability
- Has a natural flair for dealing with people and, always looks to provide the best customer service
- Is articulate with strong negotiating skills
- Ideally has 1 years’ experience in a similar role
