Join our Global Equities Operations which supports Clearing, Reconciliations, Client Service, Futures and Options House Operations, Expiries & Deliveries, Settlement, Brokerage, Client On-boarding, Client Money, Regulatory Reporting, Static Data Management and Position Management.

In today’s market, we recognize the increasing importance and demand to be able to make and take physical positions to delivery and deliver a top tier client experience within this area.

As a Future and Options Deliveries Senior Associate in the Global Equities Operations Team, you will set and execute the expiry process for the clients clearing products within EMEA Exchanges. Inclusive of but not limited to ICE (The Intercontinental Exchange), Energy & Environmental: Gas Oil, Murban Oil, European Emissions, UK Emissions, US Emissions, Natural Gas, Power, ICE (ex-LIFFE): London Cocoa, Robusta Coffee, Feed Wheat, White Sugar, Gilts, EUREX (European derivatives exchange): Fixed Income Bonds, LME (London Metal Exchange): Non-Precious Metals (including warrant management), Euronext Commodities (ex-MATIF): Milling Wheat, Corn, Rapeseed, EEX (European Energy Exchange): Emissions, Equities across all major European Exchanges.

You will work on a rotating shift basis with covered hours from 7.00 until 20.00.

**Job responsibilities**
- Manages expiring and expired positions across European derivatives exchanges
- Deals with clients queries and issues with urgency and accuracy
- Manages the risks associated with high value, time-sensitive settlements
- Reviews processes regularly and updates procedures as required
- Initiates and participates in automation drives and process improvement initiatives
- Engages with projects work including managing stakeholders and championing change

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Excellent knowledge of listed derivatives EMEA Exchanges, products and asset classes is required
- Strong understanding of physical delivery procedures for commodities, bonds and equity futures
- Strong understanding of option exercises and assignments and associated risks
- Excel proficiency and an interest in automation of processes
- Embraces the use of data and analytics tools to deliver solutions
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies to improve capacity, efficiency and control
- Strong time management skills required to meet time critical deadlines

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Alteryx experience desirable but not required
- Settlements experience is desirable though not essential
