**Responsibilities**:
Food Preparation
- Preparing a variety of food Menu items, sandwiches, pastries, and other menu offerings.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and any special dietary considerations or allergies.

Customer Service
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers in selecting beverages and food items, providing recommendations when requested.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and prompt resolution.
- Accurately process customer orders, handle cash transactions, and operate the point-of-sale system

Coffee Preparation
- Coffee Preparation Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, including regular cleaning and restocking of supplies.

Cleanliness and Maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Ensure all equipment, utensils, and surfaces are properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, ingredients, and supplies, reporting any shortages to the manager.
- Assist with restocking shelves, refrigerators, and display cases.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a café or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with various coffee beverages.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic food preparation and handling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: £7.50-£10.42 per hour
