Are you a personable individual with excellent administration and reception skills? Then we'd love to hear from you. We have a varied and exciting role within this established team.

This is a Facilities Management support role where you will be able to utilise your excellent customer service and admin support experience to aid this high profile corporate client. This is a permanent role working in a very established business who are well-known for excellent training and promoting from within.

In the role you will support with;
- A range of Administration duties
- Offer exceptional customer service to clients and internal customers
- Reception duties
- Filing
- Support with mail/courier services
- Support the Facilities Management team
- Liaise with FM contractors
- Support with Helpdesk / CAFM queries
- Health and Safety/Compliance
- 40 hours p/week M-F
