RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a privately-owned group of companies that can trace their roots back to 2000 when we purchased our 1st platform supply vessel; the SBS Cirrus. Today, we operate a fleet of modern, medium and large PSVs. We haveearned a reputation for delivering reliable and safe operations to a high-quality standard, enabling us to develop long-standing relationships with our customers within the global energy sector.

The company operates a highly successful self-managed system of vessel operation, introduced and refined over a number of years by the Senior Managers. We are in a continuing steady period of growth and restructuring process in order to better meet clientrequirements.

As a result of this, we are looking for a Marine Operations Manager to join our team based in our Dundee Head Office.

**Role Overview**:

- Managing the process of flagging-in vessels working closing with the various Flag Registries
- Working with Flag and Class for DOC and vessel audits, attending vessels as and when necessary
- Member of the Emergency Response Team
- Acting as Deputy DPA and Deputy CSO
- Management of the Snr Fleet Masters’ and Snr Fleet Chief Engineers’ schedules
- Company focal point for Deck Officers for Operational Issues eg DP queries
- Representing the Company at Client quarterly meetings
- Working closely with the HSEQ Manager
- Implement and develop marine policy and procedures
- Keeping abreast of new maritime and statutory regulations
- Ensuring that the Company’s policies and procedures interface seamlessly with those of the Client
- Assisting Commercial Dept with the bidding process as and when necessary.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Master Mariner with practical experience in GOMO.
- Must already be UK based, within easy driving of the Dundee office location.
- Practical experience with ISM Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written skills with an ability to communicate at all levels
- Preferred Requirements: Internal Auditor Certification
