Cleaner / Janitor

BDS are currently recruiting for cleaners to work within the local airport.
To deliver excellent service standards for the delivery
**Main Duties**
To undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role. Whilst working as part of a team you will also need to use your own initiative to complete all required tasks.
Adhere to all Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
Maintain the designated area to an agreed level of cleanliness
To ensure all equipment is kept clean, well maintained and is a safe working order. To have a full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used
To build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations. What we are looking for
Cleaning experience is preferred however training can be provided.
Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
Ability to work to a schedule and as part of a team.
Capable of working to their own initiative where appropriate.
Be open and honest.
Be self-driven and determined.

This is a full time position working either 6am to 6pm on days on a rota of 4 on and 4 off Or 6pm to 6am, again 4 on and 4 off

You will need a basic DBS for this position,

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Basic DBS (preferred)

Work Location: One location
