**About the role**

At Swiss Re we are building a Risk Data & Service Platform (RDS) with an aim to deliver outstanding risk insights and services to our customers based on risk data and advanced analytics to make corporates and ultimately the world more resilient. We are looking for a new member to join a growing cross-functional team focusing on delivering an excellent user experience. You will join two senior UX designers and work closely with the UX Design Lead and the Platform Product Owner.

You will design the experience of our new platform offering and of new services offered on the platform together with the design team.

As a UX Designer, you will be accountable for our user experience process, engagement, and delivery, specifically:

- Support the definition of key user journeys and flows - from research, design, delivery and continuous testing of them
- Collaborate with the product streams to ensure consistent and excellent experience across the platform
- Design user flows from wireframes to high fidelity designs working closely with the design, product and engineering teams
- Leading and conducting (human centered) design research, gathering behavioral insights to inform scope / definition of client frictions, and improve service design

**About You**

Are you a passionate design practitioner who grounds user-centric design solutions in product, tech, and business strategies? You will be part of a motivated, cross-functional team, implementing user experience design for RDS and its core services.

You are required to have an intimate understanding of how to reduce complexity for clients with best-in-class user experience methodologies and strong design principles. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills under the guidance of our UX Design Lead and collaborate closely with other designers, product and tech teams.

What we are looking for:

- Relevant experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for complex products
- Entrepreneurial mentality and willingness to take on different tasks to build the desired user experience for new propositions
- Proficiency in design platforms such as Figma
- Standout colleague excited about collaborating across levels and functions of the organization with a growth mind-set
- 1-2+ years of experience in a digital agency with CX/UX/UI focus is a plus

Success in this role will be realized through championing needs via strong collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams within the business and embedding new ways of problem solving across our product streams. Are you ready to "roll your sleeves" up?

Business proficiency in English is needed. The role might require occasional travel.
