Overview:
This role is accountable for operationalising, embedding, and improving the end-to-end Commercial Flywheel programme, (including the implementation of associated transformational changes being delivered through the Phoenix programme), and long term Commercial capability to enhance the development and execution of Nomad Foods Must Win Battle (MWB) plans. This is achieved through the development of effective processes, tools, systems, and people capabilities across Nomad central and local teams.

**Responsibilities**:
**Flywheel Playbooks**

The Flywheel playbooks are a core element of the overall Programme, these provide a standardised and structured framework on how to build winning MWB Blueprints and plans, including key steps, detailed diagnostics & analysis, best practices, ‘how to’ guidelines and tools.

This role is responsible for building, developing and improving the playbooks across all quadrants/levers and supporting materials (e.g. templates), ensuring they are fit for purpose and best in class. This involves bringing the central teams (4 quad teams, insights, sustainability, legal etc) together and facilitating the building and enhancements of the established v1 playbooks. The role is responsible for setting a clear and structured review and update process, enabling the content owners to revise and improve relevant content ensuring feedback is gathered from both local and central teams and fed in.

**Commercial Flywheel End to End Process Management**

The Flywheel processes, timings and cadence are a critical part of ensuring the effective creation of the commercial flywheel plans and blueprints, ensuring everyone is clear on the timings, key steps, processes, and individual requirements.

This role is responsible for designing and building the Commercial Flywheel processes, the critical stages and forums, and the desired outputs to ensure the effective creation of the commercial battle plans. This would include the connected process and workshops for both the central and local processes. This is designed from and linked to the Strat plan and annual plan timings, key meetings, and deliverables.

**Commercial Flywheel SharePoint site.**

The SharePoint is a one-stop, self-serve tool to support all elements of the Commercial Flywheel. The SharePoint site contains all the relevant information, documents, templates and supporting tools which are required for the Commercial Flywheel process and outputs. This is ‘live’ and constantly refreshed and updated with the latest information.

This role is accountable for ensuring the site is up to date with the relevant content, information, tools, and that the functionality is reviewed and improved based on end-user feedback. The role is responsible for the overall site including design, updates, content, training, and governance.

**Commercial Flywheel supporting materials, templates, and tools.**

The Flywheel playbooks and processes require many supporting tools, templates, and materials for the end user to use to improve effectiveness and outputs across the Flywheel process. This ensures a One Nomad way of operating across the markets and drives consistency in outputs. Examples here are the ‘How to Guides’, Battle role and commercial Strategy, Flywheel Blueprints & workshop templates.

This role is responsible for ensuring all supporting materials are created and are easily understood and accessible. This involves understanding the wider b0usiness materials and creating relevant resources where needed to ensure the process is effective and efficient.

**Commercial Flywheel Training and Capability**

The training and capability plans are a critical part of embedding and delivering the overall programme, ensuring both central and local teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and expertise to successfully run the Flywheel programmes.

This role is accountable for leading the design, development and delivery of the full training programmes required to equip people with the skills and knowledge across all areas of the Commercial Flywheel e.g. Foundation training, quadrant training, Insights process, Workshops planning and facilitation.

**Data & Insights.**

The Flywheel playbooks are focused on data-driven and detailed diagnostics, driving insights into action plans. The fundamental data and insights are key to the creation of winning MWB plans.

This role is accountable for working with the central insights team to collate and automate as much of the data, charts and analysis required to perform the diagnostics within the playbook, this elevates time and workload on the local markets, ensuring more time is focused on creating the plans and blueprints.

**Phoenix programme**

The Phoenix programme is a portfolio of changes being delivered across functions, including:

- Shift from SAP ECC to S4 Hana (including the SAP Ariba procurement platform)
- Shift to a central, standard Sales CRM tool (SAP C4C)
- Implementation of Revenue
