**Financial Administrator responsibilities include: -**
- Good working knowledge of key software. Ensuring knowledge is always kept up to date.
- An understanding of how to complete and keep up to date key data and reporting utilising the current back-office systems of IO and VC
- Seek involvement in projects to develop internal processes
- Consistently demonstrating going the extra mile for Advisors/clients to exceed their service expectations

**Financial Administrator requirements include: -**
- Familiarity with the IT systems used to include IO & VC
- Familiarity and an understanding of the relevant statutory compliance issues affecting the Firm including, GDPR, Money Laundering and the Health and Safety at Work Act
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with Advisors, clients, team members and colleagues.
- Good personal motivation, organisational skills, and the ability to manage/complete your own workload.
