Car Sprayer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sprayer to join our team.

We need experienced bodyshop staff for prep and paint, as we do purely TVR sports cars fibreglass repair skills would be a distinct advantage but not essential as full training will be given. Quality and attention to detail is the key, we do not do fast paced quick turnaround dealer blow ins and tidy ups we do full quality expensive paintwork so patience and the desire to achieve the perfect result is what you will need. **Duties**:

- Prepare surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Mix paints or coatings according to specifications
- Ensure proper coverage and finish quality
- Monitor and adjust spray equipment settings as needed
- Clean and maintain spray equipment after each use
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of materials used

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sprayer or similar role
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
