If you are a passionate and ambitious soon to be Solicitor or current Junior Real Estate Lawyer, I have a rare opportunity for you to join a market leading law firm as part of their Real Estate department.

You will get the chance to act for a number of high profile residential and commercial clients as part of an International Firm renowned for bringing work from both public, private and charity sectors.

The Real Estate department itself has grown extensively due to ongoing growth and success firm-wide. You will be joining a firm at the height of their growth period, while other firm's are halting on hires, this firm has demonstrated true success and momentum in it's continued ability to grow the departments in this current climate. With no issues with business generation, this is a great opportunity to gain exposure in a busy, commercial environment

You will instruct on high ticket work amongst a wide range of matters in within their Real Estate group.

**Your work will include**
- Involvement in all property aspects of development and regeneration schemes;
- Real Estate finance work and secured lending matters
- Undertaking a mix of property work for developers, institutional and private investors, private banks, large property companies, government bodies, and local authorities
- Portfolio acquisitions, disposals and asset management;
- Landlord and tenant work
- Building and maintaining and where possible initiating effective client relationships;
- Running own files;
In return you will receive a market leading salary starting from £50,000 amongst a generous and competitive package including: Pension, holiday buy/sell, childcare vouchers and flexible working and hybrid working

**To be considered you will need**:

- Qualified solicitor with training seat completed in Real Estate (previous experience would also be considered if no seat was taken e.g. paralegal)
- Proven ability to take responsibility, manage and progress matters independently where appropriate;
- Strong client focus and a commitment to service delivery;
- Commercial awareness;
- Solid academic record;
