An exciting opportunity has arisen working within our University’s unique External Partnerships team as Placement Assistant supporting our team of Placement Administrators within the team.

The Faculty Professional Services Team provides an integrated and high-quality suite of professional service advising, guiding, and supporting the strategic priorities of the faculty and the wider academic mission of the University.

Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, you will have demonstrable administration experience and be proficient in use of office technology including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, you must also be able to demonstrate an excellent standard of literacy and numeracy.

You will have a knowledge and understanding of SITS or a similar student records system, however specific training relevant to this post will be provided.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail whilst working under pressure is vital within this role alongside excellent organisational skills and the experience of multitasking to ensure multiple deadlines are met.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills to both internal and external clients in particular student’s placement partners and Professional Statutory and Regulatory Bodies.

You will be committed to equality and diversity, an understanding of data protection and freedom of information legislation.
