Store Supervisor
FJA are partnering with a Well-established Utilities Company who are looking to recruit a Store Supervisor. The role will be based in Rochdale.
The main duties will be to source and order all multi utilities materials / arrange deliveries and manage stock levels, of all gas/water/electrical goods/cable.
Working closely with the construction Department to ensure all goods received are to the right specification and quality.
The role is full-time Monday to Friday with overtime available.
Key Responsibilities as a Stores Supervisor:

- Source of all materials for utilities industry gas /water and electric
- Receiving all deliveries and checking goods are received in sufficient quantities and to the correct specifications.
- Storing goods received appropriately and resolving discrepancies in the delivery of goods.
- Collating/Dispatching of goods from the stores to various sites, via support drivers.
- Keeping detailed records of goods ordered/received.
- Book in goods and materials in against Purchase Orders.
- Working with others to safely offload large items via telehandler.
- Ensuring stock is stored correctly.
- Ensure correct stock levels are upheld.
- Quarantine non-compliant items.
- Ensure all equipment and PPE complies to the relevant legislation and in stock.
- Ensure good housekeeping is kept of all store's areas.
- Report non conformities.
Essential Experience as a Stores Supervisor:

- Experience in a similar role in the utilities industry.
- Competent user of computers & Microsoft Office programmes.
- Experienced driving forklifts/Telehandler.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Driving Licence.
