We are on the look out for an enthusiastic, out going kitchen staff / cook to join our team at the Lamb & Flag,in the small village of Wick.

You must be hardworking, reliable, energetic and have experience of working in a kitchen.

Duties to include,
- Prepare and cook meals in a timely manner.
- Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work area.
- Opening and closing of kitchen
- Excellent communication
- Input for new menu ideas
- Be able to work on your own initiative
- Taking in deliveries
- Ensure all compliance paperwork is completed
- Must be able to commute
- Manage stock to ensure minimum wastage through daily specials

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £8.00-£12.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (required)
- Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
