The Best Connection (Newcastle) are currently recruiting for a **Counter Balance & Reach FLT Operative** to work for our client based in Hexham, Northumberland. Our client is one of the UK's largest distributors of agricultural products, tools, machinery and workwear.

**The role**:

- Operating Counter Balance and Reach FLT to perform standard warehouse tasks
- Loading and unloading vehicles, picking stock and general house keeping
- Manual handling activities such as (but not limited to) pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying will be required
- Navigating through small spaces and tight areas
- Abide to company Health and Safety policies
- Valid and in date Counter Balance FLT licence (not in-house) is essential
- Valid and in date Reach FLT licence (not in-house) is an advantage
- Must have FLT experience in a warehouse environment
- Physically fit as the role will involve manual handling
- Able to work under own initiative or part of a team

**Hours of work**:

- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 5pm
- 40 hours per week
- Possible overtime on Saturday

**Pay Rate**:

- £11.44 per hour
- x1.5 on Saturday
