Salary - £20k - 25kDOE
Working Hours are -0900 - 1700 Monday to Friday
Location - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Duration - Ongoing / Temp to Perm

**Role of an Order Processor**
- Processing orders on the computer system
- Allocating stock and materials on Excel
- Delivery after service (sending tracking, sending PODs)
- Setting up new clients and products
- Handling of customer complaints (which can be escalated to the manager)
- Sending invoices once the goods are shipped

**Requirements for an Order Processor**
- Good Attention to detail
- Ability to learn fast
- Reliability?
- Time management
- Knowledge on computer
- Basic knowledge of Excel
