Company Description

**Job Description**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Assist producers as needed in all areas of project management
- Enter and track work orders
- Coordinate and oversee evening screenings
- Coordinate pickups and drop offs of client assets
- Predict possible scheduling conflicts and work with producers to prevent them
- Manage vault inventory with the assistance of digital lab personnel
- Assist producers and artists ensure the highest quality of deliverables
- Interface with client services to coordinate guest access and onsite requirements
- Perform Data I/O tasks
- Solve problems quickly and completely, enlisting the proper stakeholders while maintaining ownership of the end solution
- Respond to client queries and requests in an efficient and timely manner,
- Engage and coordinate facility artists, technicians, and staff members in order to attain client goals on a given project
- Other duties, as required and assigned

**Qualifications**:
Required qualifications and background:

- Experience in a post-production environment
- Comfortable interfacing with both clients and fellow staff
- Ability to interface with clients successfully and problem-solve proactively
- Extremely organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Network & studio delivery experience
- Microsoft Office and administrative software suite fluency
- Post-production and file transfer software familiarity an advantage (Filmlight, Avid, Autodesk, Colorfront, DaVinci, Streambox, Aspera, Signiant, FrameIO etc.)
