**Main Responsibilities**:
As a Clinical Negligence Claims Handler, you'll play a pivotal role in reviewing insurance policies and claims. Your expertise will be essential in determining liability, securing information, and settling claims to ensure positive outcomes for all parties involved.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Identify policy coverage issues and escalate as necessary.
- Set tasks, authorise payments, and settle claims efficiently while managing costs effectively.
- Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations through collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Recognise and promptly escalate significant claim developments.
- Participate in negotiation strategies and maintain accurate claim data.

**Skills Required**:

- Desirable knowledge of claims and insurance industry practices.
- Legal Assistant experience
- Ability to adapt to change and maintain clear analytical skills.
- Strong time management and prioritisation abilities.
- Effective communication with team members and management.
- Capacity to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
