Sales Executive

The GelBottle Inc. is on a huge growth trajectory, and we are looking to further grow our team with two Sales Executives who would enjoy working within a fast paced, vibrant and founder led business, spanning multiple B2B and B2C brands. You will work within a successful team supporting our UK and International customers with all administrative tasks to maximise our availability for both customers and consumers in those regions.
This role is varied and will offer the holder a chance to work alongside multiple functions of the TGB team. The purpose of the role will be to support the UK and International Sales Team members in the day-to-day running of accounts, ensuring all account deadlines are met (such as new line forms, promotions and samples) as well as:
- Working closely with the Operations team to ensure all POs for your Key Accounts are placed on the system and dispatched in a timely manner, maintaining agreed lead times and incoterms.
- Maintain and update all internal Sales Order trackers.
- Collate and review weekly/monthly sales out data, reporting back with key commentary and findings to wider team.
- When required, support team through managing partner portals to input orders, submit new products and extract data for sales reporting.
