**About the role**: In October 2020 the University embarked on an exciting venture in the delivery of a five-year programme taught in China and jointly awarded by Chongqing Medical University and the University of Leicester. This joint educational programme gained formal PRC Ministry of Education approval in May 2020 and welcomed its first cohort of students in October 2020 to a BSc in Clinical Sciences. Students undertake a single, jointly conceived and delivered programme of study which leads to two awards, one from each contributing institution.
