Bakery Assistant

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist in food preparation and baking activities under the guidance of the head baker
- Follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
- Operate kitchen equipment for baking and food production
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the bakery area
- Assist in packaging and presenting baked goods for sale
- Support with stock management and inventory control

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or bakery environment is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Basic culinary skills with an interest in baking
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
