This role will enable you to build strong relationships with new and existing customers, helping them place orders and be their main point of contact through the order process. You can use your existing skills to confidently speak to customers, using your personality and efficiency to build rapport and provide an excellent customer experience.

**What will you do as a Repairs Administrator?**
- Transferring stock on the in-house system and tracking orders
- Producing quotations and approvals on orders by raising pro forma invoices and issuing relevant spares material requirements
- Creating invoices, delivery notes and orders on the system/spreadsheet
- Setting up new customers with on-line tracking details and providing excellent customer service
**Who makes the ideal Repairs Administrator?**
- Someone who is confident and has a professional telephone manner
- Have good written and verbal communication skills and be numerate
- Competent user of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail and good numerical skills are essential
- Experienced with order processing and quoting
- Strong sales administration or customer service administration experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
