You will be responsible for crafting custom solutions for our job openings, including identifying the right sourcing tools to ensure high visibility and attraction of the “best of the best” to fuel the continuous growth engine of Concentric.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE SOME / ALL OF THE FOLLOWING

Discover the job needs via understanding key performance deliverables and client team requirements

Understand our business, employee value proposition marketing, compensation and trends

Grow our pipelines of potential talent

Build talent communities relevant to the roles and client groups you support

Leverage basic sourcing tools and identify out-of-the-box techniques (creative job ads, unique networking opportunities, etc.) to locate and attract high potential talent

Share and implement best practices to ensure we effectively assess and select top-notch talent

Provide regular updates and feedback to managers;

Maintain recruiting metrics (cost per hire etc) and provide regular reports to the management;

Accomplishing also other tasks given by the direct manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Recommended Education:

- Recruiting experience in BPO sector with strong focus on recruiting profiles with Languages skills
- Excellent knowledge of staffing systems and tools
- Experience in managing applicant data bases and applicant tracking systems
- Fluency in English language / any other will be considered as a plus

Uninterrupted home-based internet is required for this role. Applicants should have sufficient internet access in their homes to attend and host video calls, as well as perform essential functions of the role which include downloading and uploading of large files to shared network drives. In general, we have found that a minimum bandwidth speed of 20mbps is essential.
