**About BCA Driver Sales**
BCA Driver Sales is an upstream remarketing channel which provides leasing and captive finance companies the opportunity to sell their vehicles prior to de-fleet day. Driver Sales is an end-to-end remarketing solution which allows our customers to benefit from a pro-active programme to sell vehicles to drivers, employees, their friends and family.
The BCA Driver Sales team manage our customer’s branded sales programmes which typically start 12 weeks before de-fleet and finish before collection is arranged, ensuring this premium route to market does not interfere with existing remarketing channels. BCA Driver Sales streamline the remarketing process, delivering additional value to our customers and a great opportunity for drivers to buy their contract hire vehicle at a competitive price.
**The Role**
Description of Role:
- Supporting the Sales Team and managing inbound and outbound telephone enquires.
- Obtain ad hoc vehicle valuations, utilising desktop valuation systems, to provide customers with accurate quotations.
- Record vehicle quotations, update customer details and any additional information on the company’s systems, ensuring data privacy/GDPR is adhered to at all times.
- Resolving customer queries and issues that may arise and escalating any formal complaints to your manager.
- Coordinate with other colleagues and departments such as accounts and admin to ensure cohesive processes.
- Support team members with daily tasks and other administrative duties when required.
**Essential skills and competencies**:
- Demonstrable experience of administration/customer service.
- The ability to work against SLAs both independently and as part of a team.
- Accurate data entry, retrieval and database maintenance.
- Organised with great time management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, confident in liaising with customers on the phone.
- High levels of accuracy when dealing with pricing/data.
- PC literate, with familiarity of Microsoft products to include Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
