**Role Description**

**Your main challenges**
- Preparation and joining of belts in line with exact specifications, quality requirements and standards identified during initial training and specified in technical manuals.
- Completing work in a orderly and safe manner, giving full consideration to Health & Safety/COSHH legislation.
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain to the highest standard all equipment and tools.

**What we look for**

**_ Your education and experience_**
- Experience in belt fabrication and working in a fabrication environment would be desirable, although not essential as training will be provided. Practical ability with an eye for quality and a customer minded approach.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Good understanding of and operates to, the Habasit safe system of work.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be detailed and methodical in approach to tasks.
- Assist with training of less experienced colleagues and customers if required.
- May be required to drive a fork-lift truck.
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures.
