**Groundsperson - Heaton Moor, £21,000**

Work start at 6.00am in the spring/summer finishing at 14.00 and 7.00am in autumn/winter finishing at 15.00. Possible overtime working on weekend mornings.

The role is varied, challenging and interesting. You would be joining a very good small team of experienced hard-working Green-keepers who maintain our Golf course to a very high standard, our greens are regarded as some of the best in our area. Your duties could include: mowing the greens, tees, fairways and rough, topdressing and treating turf, divoting and seeding, renovating and maintaining bunkers, maintaining practice area, servicing machinery and general ground maintenance work. You would use a wide variety of equipment from hand tools to ride on mowers.

Some of the work is physically demanding and you will be working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

No specific qualifications are required training and development will be on the job but relevant experience would be an advantage.

You must be an excellent team worker as well as being able to complete jobs alone without supervision.

A uniform and all the necessary Personal Protective Equipment will be provided
