- Factory Operatives Required
- Are you ready to be a part of a leading confectionery production team? We're looking for dedicated and motivated Factory Operatives to join our clients expanding family at the renowned chewing gum factory in Estover, Plymouth.
- As a key player in confectionery production, they offer a dynamic work environment with both short and long-term assignments. If you're passionate about contributing to the creation of gum, mints, and various sweets, this is the opportunity for you.
- Key Responsibilities as a Factory Operative:

- Collaborate with a team to ensure the smooth operation of the production line.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Embrace physically demanding tasks in a manual role.
- Seize on-the-job training opportunities to enhance your skills and progress to more technical aspects.
- Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous factory experience as a Machine Operator is preferred.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent team player with the ability to thrive in a busy production environment.**Benefits**:

- Rotating shifts: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 Monday-Friday.
