**Shift pattern**:9am-5pm Mon-Fri

**Salary**:£23,000.00**:

- **£26,000 per year DOE

Forge Care’s flagship new service, The Forge, is a brand-new, purpose designed Therapeutic Community for children, that is dedicated to facilitating recovery from early traumatic life experiences, disrupted attachment and to reducing the impact of adversity, so that children can make sense of their pasts.

We steward children’s development of trust in themselves and in others, as well as belief in and skills for their future. Our Model of Care is based on neuro developmental, trauma-resolution principles and positive attachment practices and is framed by the Sanctuary Model®.

**Role information**

Support the day-to-day HR function of our community, liaising and working with our external HR Business Partner as our single point of people group HR contact.

Taking ownership of the HR function of colleague’s lifecycle within the people group once the safer recruitment and onboarding process is concluded by our talent sourcing team.

Working closely with our management group to identify and respond with agility to any presenting or emerging HR matters and accurately follow a process to assist prompt resolution.

Completing and maintaining HR key performance indicators and presenting departmental updates to the director group.

Maintain HR documentation (including contract of employment templates, staff, handbook, policies, and procedures etc.) ensuring all are always compliant with relevant legislation utilising external HR consultancy for annual legal audits.

Organising and supporting the training function at Forge Care.

**Requirements**:
1 year experience working in similar role.

Experience in HR

It would be desirable for the applicant to hold a HR related qualification i.e. Certificate in HR Practice (CIPD Level 5) or equivalent Willing to work towards a CIPD Level 7 or above qualification would consider applicants who have an interest in working towards a HR Support level 3 (or equivalent) qualification.
