Kitchen Porter

**Your Role**
To support our very busy restaurant, we are looking for a part-time **KITCHEN PORTER**.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Using the dishwasher, ensuring that all crockery and cutlery, as well as pots and pans are washed and clean, and returned to their storage area.
- Clean the kitchen, including work surfaces, floors, cooker hoods and any other areas, as requested by the Chef and according to the shift checklist.
- Ensure that the rubbish is sorted correctly, compacted as applicable, and put in the correct bins.
- Ensure that the bins are cleaned and washed as required.
- Ensure that the bin area is neat and tidy.
