Quality Assurance Assistant

**Hours**: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week
- Flexible)

**Job Type**:Permanent
- To book in and monitor customer returns and provide weekly updates when applicable
- Creation of full certification packages for all products. Sign off certification packages to confirm conformity to purchase order and applicable standards/specifications
- Recording of Radiography failures and informing relevant personnel
- Monitor, review, store and update National/International standards and third-party specifications in the applicable systems
- Help Managers with their KPI requirements
- Help update and communicate internal procedures internally and also when customers request copies
- Arrange transportation for despatch goods
- Perform internal audits with the audit team
- Assist the QA manager with the company QMS
- Assist the Operations Director with Quality Control
- Previous ISO 9001 experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office/office365
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good customer facing skills, as well as experience of being actively involved as a team member
- Desired Internal Auditor qualification
