**Who are we looking for?**

The Mailing Room has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our Sales team.

As our Appointment Setter, you must have the ability to make an excellent first impression and represent the company in opening the door for our experienced Account Managers to bring new clients on board. As an Appointment Setter you will be responsible for making outbound calls, working through leads by providing and arranging quality appointments.

You will possess both tenacity and outstanding interpersonal skills ensuring maximum stakeholder engagement to create strong well audited appointments.

**An overview of the role**:
This role will require a strong personality with great communication skills and the ability to listen and in turn ask the right questions creating a channel to the decision maker.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Familiarising yourself with essential details of our products and services.
- The ability to identify potential clients, reaching them on the phone, and scheduling an appointment for an Account Manager for a follow-up visit, either in person or via telephone.
- Liaising and communicating well with decision makers and business owners.
- Maintaining our bespoke Customer Relationship Management system with updates and all associated logs to ensure accurate reporting activity.
- Working towards rewarding monthly targets and expectations by providing a first-class experience to our existing and future customer base.

**Who would be the right fit?**

This role would suit someone who is confident in their own ability, ideally with 2 years+ within a B2B appointment setting role. It would be an ideal role for someone who is looking to progress their career and can also:

- An upbeat, positive personality, that can focus on customer service and sales.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excel with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong desire and ability to interface and build strong relationships
- Have the ability to prioritise workload and work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.
- A good working knowledge of Excel and Word

**What would we offer**:

- A competitive base salary of £21,000 with a potential OTE of up to £35,000
