**The role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Marketing Coordinator working alongside our Marketing team in a fast-paced environment at our head office. Reporting to the head of marketing, you’ll have responsibility of coordinating specific projects and have an understanding of the channels the team operate within.

We attend a number of external events and have an annual calendar to organise. We’re looking for someone to be the owner and the go to person for managing our strong presence at these events. Getting the team to where they need to be, and back safely. You’d also lead on measuring the success of each event too.

Patient communications continue to grow for us and, you’d be responsible for executing our planned activity and input as this grows.

**About you**

You’ll be superbly organised and be able to prioritise projects and tasks to meet deadlines and goals You’ll have meticulous attention to detail with fantastic written skills, good communication skills. You’ll enjoy co-ordinating travel, conferences and exhibitions. You’ll have a passion for marketing and its impact. Key to it all is build good working relationships with colleagues, external service providers and customers.

**Other responsibilities**
- Support other team members with their projects and campaigns
- Co-ordinate and update marketing materials, website materials
- Organise travel, accommodation and exhibition space
- Liaise with our providers for website and social media activity
- Raise purchase requests for materials for the team
- Deal with administrative tasks and some general office duties
- Adherence to all MacGregor Healthcare Policies, Processes and Procedures in relation to our Business Management System (Quality & Information Security (ISO 9001: 2015 & ISO 27001)).

**Skills and knowledge**
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Have an insight into an administrative marketing and sales environment
- Positive attitude with practical, common-sense approach
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have an ability to juggle and prioritise tasks
- Remain calm under pressure
- Be a team player
- Driving Licence is desirable
- Be happy at work

**Hours of Work**

Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.15pm (37.5 hours per week) based at head office
