**Hours**: Part time, various hours available - evening and weekends required; Variable seasonal contract

**Salary**: £11.77 per hour

**What we need in a nutshell**

We’re looking for a hard-working and friendly team leader for our bar and restaurant. You will be driving customer service throughout the food and beverage department to ensure sure our guests enjoy their visit.

**Who are we?**

Set in 650 acres of idyllic Angus countryside, Piperdam combines superb accommodation and award-winning facilities to create the ultimate Scottish Experience. Our facilities include our Room with a View restaurant and Howie’s bar.

**What you’ll be doing**

We need someone who understands that a first-class guest experience is an essential part of their stay. This includes:

- Generally making sure everybody is having a great time
- Ensuring team are all looking after our guests
- Cashing up at the end of shifts
- Open up or close down of the facility
- Ensuring restocking at the end of a shift
- Complying with all the legal requirements

One more thing holidays happen at holiday times so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

**Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need**

We aim to deliver delight to our guests and to do this we have high standards We will train you up, but you must:

- Have customer service experience and skills
- Relish the fast pace of a busy restaurant.
- Be someone who does things without needing to be asked
- Be a people person; easy to talk to and never happy until your guests are
- Have experience of working in a team
