Customer Care Quality team provide the independent voice of the customer that helps shape and deliver the eco-system to enable modern luxury customer experiences, delivered by rapid issue detection and resolution deployment with our retail, app & CRC partners.

As a Deployment Operations Specialist you will focus on preventing unplanned customer visits, by ensuring rapid technical repairs are created and deployed. Using JLR tools and processes and working across a variety of teams, you will deliver solutions to our global retailer network. You will be responsible for the lifecycle of each technical repair and communication to resolve market and customer concerns.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
- Ensure each technical repair is validated and robust for use in our global retailer network.
- Deliver closure analysis and prevent re-occurrence actions for escalated customer concerns.
- Demonstrate self-management skills at all times with the ability to adhere to strong timing plans.
- Continually develop productive working relationships with key stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Undertake any other work as directed by your line manager in connection with the job role.
- Take responsibility for assigned departmental transformational projects.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**

As a Deployment Operations Specialist you will have automotive experience in a technical role and have extensive hands-on experience, along with excellent knowledge of current vehicle systems including but not limited to High Voltage electrification systems.

You will be an individual who is driven by results, demonstrates tenacity, drive and perseverance, with the ability to proactively deliver in a complex, highly demanding environment.

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver complex solutions from concept to implementation.
- A single-minded approach to put the customer first.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, whilst setting own agenda to achieve specified objectives.
- Current driving licence and the flexibility to conduct market and retailer visits at short notice.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and possess a strong sense of ownership of an issue that will drive through departmental boundaries where necessary to achieve resolution.
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic techniques including but not limited to High Voltage electrification systems.
- Proven track record of delivery of targets.
- Automotive experience in a technical role.
- Degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficient in Agile methodology.
- Proficient in Microsoft proprietary software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
