1. Receiving requests from BDMS and employers to start learning activity with Asset Training
2. Running PLR to check on prior learning to ensure eligibility
4. Provide IAG to ensure learners and employers understand the requirements of the qualification and so they can make an informed judgment
6. Making judgments on eligibility based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and prior learning
7. Handle any queries that learners and employers have in regards to sign up documentation and process.
8. Work closely with employers and BDMS to ensure enrolments are completed well and timely.
9. To manage and complete new start paperwork ensuring learners are made live timely
10. Maintain and manage ongoing sign ups throughout the month, ensuring good diary management
11. Keep the EOI spreadsheet fully updated with all activity to ensure reports can be drawn when required.
12. Provide full reports on learners and employers when requested.
13. To ensure all paperwork is compliant before submitting to MI
14. Be proactive in ensuring own knowledge of ESFA and Ofsted requirements in relation to sign up documentation and IAG.
15. When requested carry out learner and employer voice to understand how the sign up process can be improved.
16. Ensure DAS is maintained and managed throughout the month to avoid any delays in timely start.
17. Any other duties as required by company.
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bootle, L20 3QQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Apprenticeship sales: 1 year (preferred)
