**Room Attendant**

**DEPARTMENT**:Hotel Housekeeping

**REPORTING TO**:Housekeeping Manager

**JOB FUNCTION**: To keep the overall cleanliness of the hotel rooms, corridors, and pantries.

**LOCATION**:Central London, Fulham.

**CONTRACT**:Permanent, 40 hours, 5 out of 7 days per week

**PLAY YOUR PART (Main Responsibilities)**:

- To work alongside the housekeeping team in ensuring that rooms corridors and pantries are clean, reporting maintenance or health & safety concerns to supervisors.
- To be confident in engaging with guests and visitors so as to ensure their recollection of the hotels is a positive and warm one.
- To ensure appropriate standards of conduct, dress hygiene, and uniform appearances are maintained at all times.
- To ensure chemicals are correctly used as per SOP
- To attend health and safety and fire training in order to meet the legal requirements.
- To carry additional duties as reasonably requested.

- To report any misconduct or suspected misconduct to the HR Department.

- Guest comments and Duty Management logs.
- Maintenance reports.
- To perform regular spot checks to maintain cleanliness standards.

**Essential**:

- Being able to communicate in English.
- Able to work shifts and weekends as required.
- Able to work as a team player.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of housekeeping.
