**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are looking to appoint a competent and an experienced Receptionist/PA who is articulate, professional and is happy to pitch in and get involved in other areas of the business. As a Receptionist/PA, you will be able to multitask and prioritise tasks with a can-do attitude

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate meetings and events, including room reservations and catering arrangements
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Maintain and do all the timely checks for Health and Safety procedures.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent clerical skills, including typing and data entry accuracy
- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment operation
- Professional phone etiquette with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle confidential information with discretion
