**The Role:**
We have a fantastic opportunity to come and join our Treasury team in the Retford office.
You will support the delivery of Treasury function including processing of supplier payments, credit card and expenses control, and liaising with queries on these with the business
**Responsibilities:**:

- To process UK and international transactions and manage balances on the range of banks utilised by the PIB Group.
- Monthly credit card processing including download of statement using the CCDM platform, to send out statements to the individual card holders, completing the analysis of the monthly spend, and ensuring the return of expenditure receipts etc.
- Support the expense process, including resolving user queries, system administration as well as checking claims are within company policy and supported by the necessary vat receipts before accountancy approving the claims for fortnightly payment runs.
- Direct debit and standing order management, supporting the AP Department and any new acquisitions.
- Adhoc duties such as statements and reports etc to support the wider Finance department.

**Experience:**:

- A background in Finance especially Accounts Payable and Treasury.
- You will need to have a good level of computer literacy - Microsoft Excel and Outlook are essential
- Ability to analyse and interpret financial information.
- Excellent spreadsheet skills - formulas and tables
- Systems and Software. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills. Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. Good written and verbal communication.

Would be desirable if you are qualified or studying towards a professional qualification. Ie AAT
