Kitchen Porter

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the kitchen staff in food preparation and ensure a clean and sanitary environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, peeling potatoes, and preparing ingredients
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
- Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
