To support continued growth, we are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our growing HR team at our Head Office based in Kingswinford, West Midlands.
As HR Advisor you will work alongside the HR Manager and support with all areas of HR administration.
**As HR Advisor you will**:
- Efficiently manage and administer employee files and documentation throughout the employee life cycle, including salary changes, pension updates, personal data etc.
- Assist the HR Manager with the employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management and investigations.
- Provide advice and guidance to UK Management team in dealing with all employee relation issues (as per Employee Handbook).
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with people across a wide range of responsibilities and disciplines providing HR expertise where appropriate.
- Understand and be able to communicate HR policies, processes and procedures to employees, managers and escalate individual or complex HR policy or process queries.
- Manage and administer newly implemented HR system.

W**hat are we looking for?**
**As HR Advisor you will demonstrate**:
- Previous HR experience in a generalist role
- Educated to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent
- Qualified CIPD Level 3 or above
- Fully proficient IT skills, including MS Office, Excel, Power Point and Word.
- Previous experience of using HR systems (preferably Cezanne)
- Excellent literacy, numeracy skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
