Are you a Solicitor / Fee Earner with over 5 years’ experience in Private Client matters and looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our reputable client based on the outskirts of Stapleford are looking to hire a Private Client superstar to join theirgrowing practice.

**To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials**:

- Fee Earner / Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ Years experinece
- Confident in handling a variety of Private Client Matters including a mixture of complex and slightly more straightforward files.
- Ability to establish, build and sustain professional relationships with clients, colleagues and external agencies
- Highly organised and able to manage own work load
- Ability to provide excellent levels of client care with a good level of empathy

**Within this position, you’ll also be**:

- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters mainly Probates, Court of Protection, Trust Advice / Set up and Wills & LPAs
- Building professional, credible relationships with clients and peers
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to promote team working
- Managing and supervising secretaries and administrators

**Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £35,000pa - £42,000pa depending on experience

Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm
