**Accounts Assistant - Nazeing - Morgan Fire Protection**

**Our Accounts Assistants**

Assist in accounting functions within the department. Located at Morgan Fire Protection Ltd Head office in Nazeing, Essex
- Processing of supplier invoices each month, matching delivery notes, entering onto Sage 200
- Process monthly supplier invoices
- Producing Stock Control checks & monthly stock takes
- Creating Purchase Orders for stock requisitions across all offices
- Working alongside our credit controller to assist in debt collection & resolving disputes.
- Assisting other department where the business needs are
- Using CASH/Sage to run reports on a weekly/monthly basis to assist with month end deadlines
- Take credit card payments from customers
- Bank and Credit Card reconciliations

**Requirements**:
**Who We’re Looking For**
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a similar role.
- Knowledge of Sage 200
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Fantastic customer focus, with the ability to resolve customer queries.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline driven environment.
- A high degree of professionalism and resilience.
- Ability to produce documents to a high specification.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to handle multiple priorities with a structure approach.
- The ability to work independently and the desire to learn.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Package
